  2. SYMPTOMS include swollen scrotum, scrotal pain and fever.
  3. CAUSES are from an inflammation of the spermatic cord (epididymis). Usually
  4. involves a complication of a prostate.
  5. TREATMENT. Bed rest, medication, antibiotics and scrotal ice packs.
